Not only are they pretty well weighted, they bare a remarkable resemblance to a real rock! Stack a couple of real stones next to them and you'd never know the difference!

The sound quality is pristine, for the price range that is. I have never heard this high of quality from such a cheap speaker. You can get some serious volume out of these speakers too!

Another neat feature is that they have a bolt anchor on their bottom side. This is great for locking them down in preperation for severe weather.

I have purchased two pairs of these speakers for my yard and would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for serious sound out of a little rock!"

"we listen to music off of our tv we have time warner cable hd and that is how we listen to our music, but we would like to lister no it out by the pool and these rocks sound great but can we wire them to the dvd / vcr player just like we have the saround sound or how would we do it so that we could listen to our music from our tv. / dvd player.

to clerify things we have 3 controlers the sound goes through the dvd player and that is what our saround sound is.

then we have the time warner cable box that is how we change the chanel only that is all we do with it.

then we have the hd tv and all we do is tun it on and then that is all.

so realy to listen to the music chanels all we have to do is turn on the dvd player and the cable box the tv does not have to be on. can we do the same thing but with the rock speakers out side and would the wire be long enough.

plz answer soon."
