"THE PRODUCT IS HORRIBLE. I HAVE HAD IT FOR LESS THAN A MONTH AND IT IS NOT WORKING. FIRST OF ALL, IT GAVE ME INCORRECT DIRECTIONS, THEN THE GPS SIGNAL WAS LOST. I WAS TOLD TO SEND THE CHIP INTO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I SENT THEM THE CHIP AND THEY SENT IT BACK MISCONFIGURED. I KEEP TRYING TO CALL CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND THEY ARE NO HELP AT ALL. I ALSO HAVE A TOM TOM THAT I HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROPLEMS WITH FOR THE PAST YEAR."
