"All Ipods, no matter the size, will get marked up immediately after you get it out of the box. This is especially true for soldiers and civilians in the desert. 60 gigs of space is great! I have over 45 gigs of music available to me and I havn't started puting pictures on my Ipod yet. I look forward to using the voice recoring feature, also. I would like a bit more flexibility, however. I would like to be able to delete individual songs without having to return to the computer & re-download everything. Also, without a share program, I cannot add songs to my Ipod without wiping out what's already in there, which eliminates the effectiveness of my external hard drive. Overall, it's a great product, but I recommend anyone looking at buying the IPOD to look closely at all types of MP3s first and also to buy a protective case as soon as you buy your Ipod!"
