"I am impressed by how sturdy the bar actually is in the door way. I admit, I was a little skeptical at first but I was completely proven wrong. If you are one that disagrees, you could be a fool that cant either assemble or place this equipment correctly-- because it really is as simple as they say it is (on TV). My one criticism towards this piece of equipment is the positioning of the sit-ups so far I am having a difficult time implementing the bar in the door way to be sturdy enough to do the sit-ups. [@]"
