"Its pretty safe, meaning that I think the only way you could accidently hurt anyone is on the very small chance that you hit them in the eye. But, the toy is slow-moving, and makes a noticable noise, so it draws attention to itself as you are aiming. It doesn't fire with tons of power, but is pretty accurate for about 5 feet, and really is fun!"
