"I grew up in Finland with amazing home-made juustoleipa (thank you Mom) and that may explain why all commercial products I have tried thus far have been disappointments. This Wisconsin variety was a really pleasant surprise and I had to order more. Good with hot coffee, amazing with cloudberry preserve."
