"This item works great! Wish they would have offered a few more options for mounting the microphone. I cut mine down a bit so that it would not stick up quite so high on the steering column. Also if the mic is mounted too far away it is difficult for the other person to hear you which makes mounting it on the steering column or sun-visor almost the only options. Other than that this item works as described."
