"We got this model just over a year ago because of the Consumer Report rating. At first it would wash well, even though there were calcium specs on our glasses. Then there was no water pressure at all to rinse the dishes properly. The water could not reach the inside of the glasses and cups. We could no longer close the lid for the soap dispenser and soap residue would be on top of the dishes and pots closest to the dispenser. We tried different soaps, both liquid and powder. Either kind would cake inside the dispenser rather than mix with water."
