"We have used this model (all black) daily for 10 months without any problems. It is fast and easy to operate, the screen promts are very helpful. We bought the 3 year service plan because of some of the other reviews but I don't think we will need it. The manual was not very helpful in how to cook specific items, however experience has helped. Eg a frozen pot pie that takes 60-65 minutes in the oven can be cooked in this microwave (with top browned) using the combination settings in 18-20 minutes."
