"I descaled the unit once after first 2 months use - no problem - Keurig performed perfectly. Light indicated descaling required again after second two month period - so I followed exact Keurig descaling procedure again. This time - pump won't prime - it starts to heat but stops immediately (within 2 seconds) - no water reaches heating tank - therefore no blue light ever appears - and we cannot brew coffee. Someone suggested we force water into heating tank with a "turkey baster" - we attempted 4-5 times - no benefit - now stuck with a beautiful-looking machine that won't make coffee. Please help!"
