"I don't have many complaints because I just purchased the product and my daughter has only ridden it a few times. It is quite fast and I have not even removed the speed restrictor plate yet! About it riding or not riding in grass, I think the problem is there is not enough weight in the backend and for a small child it will get caught up in holes/ruts in the yard, my daughter is only 26 lbs though and it is rated for up to 130 lbs. With a heavier child or 2 children you may not have that problem. One thing I didn't like was the method of charging is a little misleading from the display in the store, it shows a way to charge it throught the dashboard and you actually have to unscrew the seat and connect directly to the battery. Also the radio only picks about 2 stations but I do live out in the country. I think it is a good value for the price and is very comparable to other brands."
