"I was very surprised by how good this cheese was. I don't know why my expectations were low for a Bavarian cheese (something I hadn't knowingly had before), but they were. Boy, was I surprised! The cheese has a very full-bodied flavor withour being particularly sharp or pungent. Both my wife and I really enjoyed this cheese quite a bit. I will have to start trying out more German cheese if this is any indication of their quality."
