"My wrists can't stand up to a can opener anymore, and electric ones constantly have to be replaced. This was bought #1,on the reputation of the company; #2, because I don't like multiple appliances on my counter top, #3, I'm a scratch cook and need to open many containers for ingredients when I start my cooking/baking projects. This unit stands up to the demands I place on it, and with the variable speeds of the mixer, I can really zip through my preps. Thank you for your continued adherance to good old American production quality."
