"Ignore any negative review you may read about this product. I was turned off by reading bad reviews[@] and then bought a Cuisinart, which I used for 2 days and immediately returned. This is a wonderful coffee maker and I have absolutely no complaints. I love the 1 to 3 cup feature, and that it tells you when to decalcify! The replaceable water filter is also a great feature. I will never switch from Krups again!"
