"I use a french press, and with this grinder I get just the right flavor, texture, and ease of press without excess sludge. Although noisy, my friends and I use a dish towel to wrap the top while grinding so that we don't interrupt the conversation in the evening or in the morning wake our spouses too soon. I have used other 'slicer' type grinders but I like the texture of the grind from the Pavoni best of all."
