"Wonderful product. The only problem is that the water level always needs refilling because the hose does not reach the bottom, and there is constant cleaning of the internal brewing cup needed so that it will work and noy clog. Superior to other machines in all other respects including price, durability, and esthetics.. otherwise great machine."
