"Bought this one based on Consumer Reports recommendation for similar model. Had it installed for a month and no major complaints. There are a couple arc marks on the side where the steel rack may have been placed against the side mistakenly. The unit is pretty easy to understand and has enough options for us. It does a pretty good job on popping the popcorn all the way and heats evenly as best I can tell. Seems to be a bit noisier than our last unit and doesn't have a timer function. Handle and front door are sturdy but the clips for the steel rack look to be pretty weak/cheap."
