"I've been doing home laundry for 40 years and have gone through many washers and dryers. This is, hands down, the best washer I've ever had - cleans the cleanest, spins the driest, runs the most quietly over any top loader I've ever used. I'm in an apartment now and thought I had to compromise by buying this machine but it is so much more than I expected.

I'm a massage therapist and as a result have a constant flow of oil stained sheets to wash, sheets that eventually develop rancid oil smells that just get worse over time. This machine not only prevents that, it has removed the old odors and stains leaving everything clean and sweet.

The drying cycle does take a little getting used to - stuff it too full and you're not going to be happy. Learn its parameters and it's terrific. It is somewhat more wrinkle producing than normal driers, I think it's that 2 minute wait to open the door since I'm always right there to remove and prevent wrinkles but can't until the door will open. If I could suggest to the company to change one thing, the 2 minute wait would be it.

Relative to the top loaders I've used, the thing is whisper quiet but it's not silent - neither is my refrigerator and that is just normal life with machines. It weighs in at 147 pounds and moves easily if you install the wheels that come in the portability kit that I bought when I bought the washer.

The wash cycle takes more time than my previous washers, but it also gets things so much cleaner that I can't mind that at all. If I factor in the length of time it took me to remember to run to the laundry and take it out of the washer and put it into the dryer, in the end the timing is very similar but I don't have to be interrupted to take care of it.

This is a case of true love which I didn't expect at all. As I said I thought I'd be compromising with a compact all-in-one but this is the best I've ever had."
