"Great when it works, but horrid when it breaks which seems to be within 2 weeks of purchase (Home Depot doesn't share that part with you when they're pushing the LG products). And, don't expect LG or Home Depot to be helpful! My dryer has been broken for 2 MONTHS!!! Home Depot wouldn't take responsibility for it, LG makes you go through their process, and LG's "Certified Technicians" typically don't even show up for appointments. The first repair person did indeed show up, but didn't follow LG's "procedures" so LG refused to replace the non-repairable dryer. The next person LG scheduled to come out didn't show up for any of the 3 appointments they scheduled with me. It's best to call only the supervisor's line as the people on the customer service line neither speak intelligible English or allow you to speak to a supervisor. LG SUCKS. Don't buy it!"

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
