"I love to cook and decided on this particular microwave mainly because of the options it offers. We use it daily to thaw things, heat up things and to cook. It does have fabulous features, but, we have only had it for one year and the door has become loose and doesn't close all the way which makes the turntable not function and it doesn't heat up. You have to actually hold the door shut at the top in order to use it. There is no way to repair it. It isn't a cheap microwave but not the top of the line either. I will never buy another LG appliance!!!!! I wouldn't give it any stars but it was required for this commentary."
