"OK, here are my thought on this product. I am on my second 45 day supply. I did reorder. I primarily ordered this for the "reduces belly fat" claim. I have always had a problem with belly fat my entire life. I could never get rid of it no matter what I did.

Now, since I have been using this product there is a noticable reduction in belly fat. I could hardly pinch an inch. HOWEVER, you must understand that I am dieting AND exercising religiously. So, I can't say whether the reduction in belly fat is from the diet and exercise or the pill. I will say that I have dieted and exercised in the past and never had such a flat stomach in my life. So, who knows?

It did NOT curb my apetite. I am as hungry as ever. It does taste funny in your mouth but once you swallow it, the taste is gone and there is no aftertaste."

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
