"I only need to lose between 10 and 20 lbs and I have lost 5 lbs already from taking these. They curb my appetite and give me a slight energy boost without giving me the shakes. When I take my morning tablet, I just don't think about eating all day. In fact, I have to consciously say to myself "ok, eat a snack now", just because it's not good to be running on empty with what I do for a living. If your binge eating is more mental, maybe this doesn't curb your appetite, possibly why the negative reviews. Sure, you can force your body to keep eating, but then you may need a psychologist and not a diet pill. I say give it a shot for [$]! I'll continue to use these to curb my appetite, whenever I have to shed a few pounds."
