"I first tried the regular Mega-T but could not tolerate the caffine. Then I was happy to find the 'no-caffine' version. I take one mid-morning and one at 4 oclock in the afternoon, which relieves my appetite just about all day. It starts to work in about 30 minutes after taking it. Since I have more energy, I stay busy and don't even think about snacking. I have already placed another order."
