"I lost 20 pounds in about 2 weeks. I didn't even eat less, I ate correctly. Watch your carb intake and eat real food, preferably baked. I cannot stress this enough to people I recommend the product to, DRINK LOTS OF WATER, and don't drink anything but water...unless you need to drink something for health reasons. If you need your coffee like me, try switching to black coffee, if it's too strong for you, try adding sweetner, Splenda tastes like real sugar, so it's perfect. Black coffee is better for you anyway, and is usually recommended in diet plans...I am 20 years old but my metabolism is slow, I have been fat all my life because its way too hard for me to lose weight, and this product did it."
