"I had hit a plateau of trying to loose weight after having a baby. I had tried this product without the hoodia before with no results. Because I have been caffeine free for over 2 years I was a bit concerned with the amount of caffeine in this product and if it would cause me to be jittery or nervous. I started with taking only one tablet a day for a few days, no side effects, just had more energy. Then I went to 2 a day, one mid- AM and one mid-PM. I did cut back on calories at lunch (instead of a full sandwich and chips I have a fruit smoothie and something small to eat, like a salad or 1/2 a sandwich) and use protein bars as snacks (just eat about a 1/4 of the bar) since I tend to get really hungry late in the afternoon. I lost 7.5 pounds in about 2 1/2 weeks. So needless to say I was impressed and have continued to use this product. It helped me get past my weight plateau, didn't make me nervous or jittery, gave me energy, and suppressed my appetite. One drawback is that when I forget to take these I do get headaches that I'm guessing are caffeine withdrawal related."
