"These small packets of powder are really nice and easy to use. I found it a bit sweet and ended up mixing these in liter-sized bottles (sometimes 2L). Not sure what artificial sweetener is in this but there's definitely a chemical-sweet taste, which is why I would recommend diluting this. It is a nice change to plain water but appaers to be nothign more than Crystal Lite, though this was a nice drink to stave off afternoon food cravings. Plus it helped me remember to drink more fluids daily!"

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
