"I found this product helped curb my appetite, especially in the mornings when I would just always want something in my mouth! It also helped give me a boost of energy, and heightened my thinking skills as well. Very similar to energy drinks, but more mild and doesn't give you that 'jittery' feeling that energy drinks tend to do. Just wish it came in more flavors, but it tastes fine. Thumbs up!"
