"I buy these and wear them on the recommendation of a podiatrist, who says that length of shoe relative to length of arch is more important than fitting length to toe. Seems he is right. I also have the double E. I have a pronation problem and wearing these shoes, with a custom orthotic, has corrected the pronation enough that my chronic knee pain has gone away -- it comes back as soon as I wear a different shoe for a day or two though."

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
