"These boots are simply awesome! The dual boa system is great and makes adjustments a breeze. I've been riding a long time and have never been so comfy and in control in a pair of boots at the same time. I know there are a few other dual boa systems out there. I compared these to DC boots, which were a lot heavier and K2 boots. The big issue with K2 was that the second boa tightened the liner, where the vans boas tighten the upper and lower portion of the boot seperately. I find this to be key. I like the lower portion as tight as i can get it to prevent any heel rise and the upper section a little less tight to give some flex when playing in the park. I know they're pricey, but they are worth every penny. Once you try these on you're not going to want anything else so don't try them unless you're willing to spend a few bucks.

As far as issue go, I haven't had any. I've heard people complain about the boa system unlatching or breaking, but this hasn't happened to me (I've been out 10 times or so since buying these). The only thing I can think of is that they might be a little too stiff if all you do is ride park and pipe. I like to go everywhere though, park, bumps, trees, you name it and these boots are perfect for me."
