"Mercury XCR - This shoe felt comfortable and fit nicely right out of the box. It has adequate support, fits rather snug and is sturdy yet light. I used them immediately for a jog/hike through terrain including gravel, sand and woods. The ground was wet but the shoe kept moisture out effectively. I have no complaints about the tread-it held all surfaces very nicely. After a few wearings, the shoe feels like a custom fit. I am also on my second pair of Vasque hiking boots and find their products to be durable and reliable. I would definitely recommend the Mercury's!"
