"When it worked it was great. Bought this TV in September because it was a great deal from TD. However, we didn't move into our new house until November 20. On Dec. 20 the TV just went to a red light and died. The warranty from TD was up of course, and the only repair company that services this TV just came and hauled it away and we have yet to get it back. So far they have replaced 3 parts and it still is belly-up. They are ordering another part which is supposed to ship tomorrow. Today my husband finally talked to a human at Mitsubishi. They called the servicer, twice, and we have been promised a call back but there is no expedition of parts shipping. We have asked for our money back or another TV. They are calling us back on that one. Supposedly today. I envy those of you who still have not had any problems with yours, and I hope you don't. Right now, all we can say is Mitsubishi does not stand behind their product, so buyers beware."
