"product works great, and does exactly what it says it will! ive lost probably around 20 pounds in 2 months using the product along with diet and occasional exercise. only con i could find was that the product increased the heartrate quite a bit, so its a little unnerving if your not expecting that or dont have anything to do, but if you have an activity or exercise its perfect."
