"I have been taking this product since January 2009 - It has worked wonders. The purpose of this product is an antioxidant - Not necessarily a diet pill. It says dietary supplement on the bottle - But, it also says dietary supplement on Vitamin C bottles. So, I wouldn't expect to lose weight from this. It helps remove all of the toxins from your body. I haven't experienced any bloating, dizziness, or any negative side effects. The NUMBER ONE thing that I have noticed is that it has significantly boosted my immune system - I haven't gotten a cold or flu since I started taking this product in January. I haven't even suffered from my allergies. There are Acai diet pills out there that have other things mixed with it. I have not tried those. The weight that you may lose while taking this product will most likely be due to it boosting your metabolism & keeping your bowl movements regular. Your body holds so many everyday toxins that slow it down. Acai cleans those toxins out of your system. Gets your body back on track & working better. I will continue taking this product - I have recommended it to everyone that I know. Especially if you work with the public, you come in contact w/ so many germs & exposed to colds & flu's - This will boost your immune system like nothing else! I swear by this product. If I am around anyone that has a cold or flu, in the past I would definitely get sick. Not anymore thanks to this product."
