"My son bought this product and called me about it. He is 24 and had the same problems I have going to the bathroom. We go every 3 or 4 days and its sickening. I take one at night and one in the morning. The first day after I took the night dose I had a bowel movement. I think my body went into shock because this was an off day that I had a bowel movement. It is working for me. I was concerned about taking it because I take Synthroid but it has not interferred at all with it. My concentration is awesome. I thought I was losing my mind at 54 but this has been wonderful. I am recommending it to all of my friends and co-workers that are having issues."
