"Love it, love it, love it!!! I just recently started using the IFIT card with my new treadmill. For the first time, I am looking forward to my workouts. This little card makes it so easy to get a good beginner workout and it takes care of the incline and speed for you. You can focus more on your form and breathing. I love how it tells you when a transition is coming. I use the card with my Nordictrack Viewpoint 3500 and I can watch TV while I'm working out as well. I would highly recommend this product."
