"I did not know much about this product when I purchased it. Mainly got it because I thought it would be good to have some kind of program I could follow. I was a little disappointed in that it does not really have a program. The card consists of 24 different workouts and you just pick whatever one you want to do. There were no instructions with the package other than to "plug it in and go". I had to contact tech support to find out how the whole program worked and they are the ones who told me they suggest you do 3 workouts a week skipping a day between them.

I have not done them all, but the ones I have done I enjoy. It is nice to have the speed and incline change for you but you still can bump it down if it gets too hard for you. I do wish it was more of a program you could follow -- like you could plug it in and it would know which one you last did and choose the next level for you."
