"With NV you loose weight really quick! You see results fast. I took it for approximately 2 weeks and my abs started showing. If you want to see the desired results though, you have to take it all the time, because when you stop, you gain almost all the weight back, just as fast as you lost it (if you eat more than usual and don't exercise). I would still recommend it to people, who can control their eating habits after they stop taking it."
