"I am not being paid nor is this a con. This really and truly works. My first experience with this pill was on a road trip with my sister and I needed something to stay awake. My sister gave me one of her pills and WOW, I was amazed at the energy and loss of appetite that this one pill gave me. When I returned back home, I went and purhased my own. I have loss some weight with this pill but not as much I would like to and here is why. ME!!!! I don't exercise and I still eat sweets (my weakness). One good thing that I can say about this pill is even though I am not losing like I should, it is maintaining my weight. I am eating junk that I need to stay away from and this pill is keeping me from gaining more weight which is why I am still eating the junk. Honestly, I know that if I comepletely stopped eating the junk and exercised daily like I was doing, the weight would fall off. I still am drinking the 8 64fl oz of water per day which also helps. So, here is what I think would truly help me lose this weight using this pill.
1. stop eating the junk.
2. take the pill as required (truly 1 a day works)
3. excercise for 30 mins-hour everyday
4. drink 8 64 fl oz of water a day
5. staying positive and happy with myself regardsless of how much weight I gain or lose. One thing I did notice that it made me a little nauseated the first time I took it on a empty stomach, so I try to eat a slice of bread or something small so I won't feel queasy.
I am about to go to Walgreens right now and buy my second bottle because this pill really works and I have a two piece swimsiut, that I have to put on next month. I also like to mention that it has helped my hair and nails grow and be more healthier too. I bought the one that says NV beauty pill
