"I ordered the extra large because, as a tall person, I wanted a posture support that would cover the length of my back. Apparently all sizes have the same size back, and only the straps are different in length. As a result, the posture support rids up on my back and becomes very uncomfortable as the day progresses. It does provide some posture support, but for this price I expected something better and more comfortable."

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
