"These things are FANTASTIC!! Super high quality and very durable. I was doing pushups on my palms until I heard it puts a lot of pressure on your wrists (I actually experienced painful pressure on the wrists that way). Then I switched to doing closed fisted pushups on my knuckles but that hurt too. These aren't painful and I'm actually motivated to do pushups again! Although the downside is they do take a little getting used to (a little hard to balance at first) but they workout more muscle groups since they force you to try to maintain your balance."
