WHEN YOU USE GEL, YOU NEVER HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT THEM FREEZING. I HAVE HAD A PILOT G2 IN MY EVERY DAY. IT IS CURRENTELY WINTER (2 DEGREES) OUT AND IT HAS NOT FROZEN YET. THESE ARE THE ONLY PENS THAT I CAN COUNT ON THAT DO NOT LET ME DOWN. ALSO, DURING THE SUMMER THEY DO NOT LEAK OR EXPLODE WHICH IS ALSO A MAJOR BONUS. ANY OTHER PEN CANNOT COMPARE. BUY THE G2 AND YOUR WRITING NEEDS WILL BE COMPLETELY TAKEN CARE OF."
