"If I could give this 10 stars and 10 A+++ I would. Nothing has given me PMS relief except for this. The only thing that helped with my cramps was ibuprofen, but I still had the mood swings and irritability, plus bloating. Midol never worked for me, and I thought any PMS medicine that actually worked was overrated..until now.
