"I've never felt drowsy while taking this. I usually take 2 pills when I start feeling sluggish, mild back aches, and a slight twinge in my stomach a few days before my period starts. I take it as I need it until the pain stops a few days later and I'm fine! I used to have to skip school or call into work before I found this medicine 2 years ago. The only pain relief I got was a heating pad and sleeping it off, but now I'm good to go as long as I have Premsyn :)"
