"I bought this for a low-impact aerobic solution. Overall the product is worth the price. However, set was somewhat difficult to setup. Fit and finish could be better - some of the plastic parts won't align exactly. I'm mechanically inclined and found I had to drill out a few holes in the frame for self-tapping screws to thread (full of powder coating). I did have three parts that arrived broken. One ten minute call and I had replacements in three business days. That leads me to believe support is reliable."
