"I bought a Proform treadmill several years ago. Exercising on a treadmill, based on my experience, was a lot more work for the same calorie goal. I have this Proform elliptical for over 3 weeks and really enjoy working out with it.
The assembly was a little difficult because of the tolerances between parts. The most difficult parts to install were the rod/axles. The trick was to put grease on the axle, guide it through, and then use the appropriate bolt with its washer to pull it through the other end by tightening the bolt. The overall assembly time was about 2 1/2 hours. Having done one, the assembly time should be less now."
