"This unit arrived damaged. The incline button has 3 gouges in it and when turned on the unit automatically goes to max incline and does nothing else. I contacted ProForm customer service, and they promptly offered to send out a replacement console. The console is back-ordered through the middle of next month! And, to boot, ProForm expects me to pay a $5.99 handling fee for the part!

All I can say is that SEARS customer service has been great, and I still have the option of returning the treadmill if the part does not become available. Make sure you buy ProForm products through SEARS!"
