"We have had our ProForm Treadmill for over a month now, and we use it daily...and LOVE it!

Let me start off by telling that the treadmill is quite heavy, so make sure you have help to pick it up from the store and get it home. It was quite easy to put together, about 1 1/2 hours for assembly. Just read throu ghte instruction first, and then you are ready to assemble. It doesn't require any fancy tools at all, and instructions are easy to follow.

The treadmill has a wide path that is easy to walk/jog on. We have used the preset options and manual setting - both are easy to use and self explanitory. It is a sturdy piece of equipment besides the arms. The arms with jiggle about while you are walking/jogging on it, but it doesn't bother me since I don't hold them.

The speaker system is very nice too. Good is good, and it is easy to access your i-pod while workouting.

So far our experience has been nothing bu positive. As I mentioned earlier we use it daoly for running and we love it. It is quiet and easy to use. The big display makes it very easy to choose speed, inclide, and program opitons while running. We truely couldn't be happier!"
