"I found this quite easy to set up. I connected to my computer with USB-an adapter was included for this. Also included was a very long cable, so I was able to put the machine where I wanted it, not right by my computer. The one thing that surprised me-you can't automatically upload/download to all versions of Quickbooks (Quickbooks Basic doesn't cut it). However, I can still use the system just fine. All in all, this system is much easier (and less time consuming) than my old time card punch system."
