"We are a service oriented business with 16 hourly employees and pay every 2 weeks. Before this device was installed it took up to 1.5 hours to process employees timecards. Now, it is accomplished in less than 15 minutes and the employees love it!

I was a little surprised when I needed to find the Data file (I set it up on my laptop, then transfered it to the office computer). The data was not in the same folder as the installed software. Once I found it's location, installing on the office computer was a breeze.

Since this is my husband's business and I do not actually work in the office, he is able to make a backup of the data and bring it to me for processing - I can export a spreadsheet to use for importing into our payroll software (we do not use QuickBooks)!"
