QUEST 12 x 12 Canopy Review

"I've owned three or four canopies over the years -- haul them to soccer fields all over the place. The real selling point of this canopy (I think its a 10x10) is that it is only 2/3 size of a normal 10x10 when it is collapsed. It fits between the wheel wells in my daughter's Honda Fit (its less than 3' long). It really takes up very little space. It is also able to be carried over the shoulder (heavy, but not too bad) so you can carry it through crowds and across grass or uneven ground easily enough.
Unfortunately, the screws they used in the assembly are a problem. They are constantly falling out and getting lost. I keep a bag of spare screws, nuts, and washers so I can put it back together -- and I do this all the time. No matter what I do, the factory screws just back out and get lost.
To make matters worse, the manufacturer has no official web presence so there is no way to get spares or replacements.
I'll continue to bandaid it together until I find a good replacement."

"Hmmm... sounds like a good canopy but we should be prepared to do some DIY work to get it in good shape?"
